2018 Ahimsa Yoga and Music festival

In this class taught by Corinne Gervai, the founder and director of Euphoria Yoga in Woodstock, NY, you will experience an exciting and creative Vinyasa Flow style yoga class that is meant to open you and bring you closer to feeling your most blissful self! This practice will be accompanied by music to enhance your experience as well as visual and auditory alignment suggestions and optional light energetic assists to insure you achieve the maximum benefit from the class, as well as potentially take home some elements that can transform your practice!   
This class will allow each student to explore and choose from various less complex options that may suit ones personal abilities, but will include the option to take more advanced variations if desired and appropriate.
