Cha Dao "The Way of Tea" is a practice that comes from ancient Chinese lineage. It has been used since its discovery by the Daoists and Sages as a form of medicine and a way to cultivate awakened presence, sustaining long states of meditation. Join us in a Moving Tea Meditation where we explore and expand our connection with nature through the elements & tea. After ceremony the space will be opened for dialogue surrounding the practice of Cha Dao; reflections, questions, and sharing. Tea meets us exactly where we are and gives exactly what is needed. Class will begin with a short introduction to Tea and the elements followed by a 60 minute Tea Meditation.
