Limited Capacity filling up

In this class we will begin with yin/yang patting, some Dao Yin exercises and some Ji Ben Gong Movements that are specific to Baguazhang. These movements will teach the body to become younger and are a great benefit in bringing Longevity into the body as you stretch the fascia and tendons. You will learn Taoist Longevity Breathing that is similar to the Yogi Complete Breath. We will then do a Longevity Qigong called Jade Body Gong. This Practice focuses on the stretching and health of the spinal cord based on the observation of 3 animals, Crane, Tortoise and Dragon. These Taoist Practices will bring new dimensions to your Yoga Practice and will deepen your understanding of Mind/Body /Movement. It will include additional material we did not cover last year in this class.
