Limited Capacity filling up

Restorative yoga is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. It is conscious relaxation and makes use of props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health. Class will start with a gentle yoga flow and ends with a guided meditation called Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, designed to induce a deep state of relaxation and peace. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
