Come experience the joy and release of being supported upside down through partner yoga poses that help to stretch the shoulders & low back while increasing mobility in the hips and spine.  Learn how to base and fly poses that calm the nervous system and help to realign the body in a super fun and playful environment.  After some flight sessions we will wind down with a guided Thai Massage sequence that students will both give & receive to help seal in the practice and replenish the body.  Thai Massage is a healing art based on yoga poses where the practitioner gently adjusts the recipient to stretch & realign the body. Thai Massage is performed fully clothed and no oils are used.
