Ayurveda is a 7,000 year old Ancient Indian medical practice with an aim to prevent, cure, and maintain balanced health. “Ayur” means “life.” “Veda” means “knowledge.” “Ayurveda” translates to the “knowledge of life” or “life science.” Ayurveda recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and provides treatment on an individualized basis. This workshop dives deep into the foundations of Ayurveda and how it applies to women through all cycles of life. From menstruation to menopause to the vast health concerns women are faced with today, this workshop will educate you on ways to prevent illnesses and maintain a healthy and balanced life. Learn about the basic foundations of Ayurveda, the uniqueness of the female body and cycles, and ways to prevent future health problems from occurring.
